Project management tools are judged against desktop-grade software. Every interaction — dragging cards, editing rich text, reading live charts — had to feel instant inside a browser tab.
02 — Solution
React + TypeScript on Vite, with dnd-kit powering drag-and-drop, React Quill for rich-text editing, Recharts for analytics, Lottie micro-animations, and Firebase as the realtime backend.
03 — Impact
361 commits and a live deployment on Firebase, with a companion Chrome extension (tuskbar-ext) and marketing site in the same product family.
