01 — Challenge
Three products in one repository: marketing, admin, and per-tenant storefronts each need their own design language and routing, while sharing auth, data, and deployment — and every tenant gets a wildcard subdomain.
02 — Solution
Next.js 15 App Router in strict TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4 design tokens, Firebase Auth, Firestore, and Storage with per-store security rules, Zustand for cart and wishlist state, and Firebase App Hosting handling wildcard subdomains.
03 — Impact
Live at shopppio.com and in active development — 37+ admin pages, 13 storefront screens, and a 14-page marketing site shipped from one codebase.
