A two-sided marketplace has to serve opposite needs at once — a frictionless storefront for buyers and real selling tools for merchants — without splitting into two products.

A React single-page application with a fully custom interface layer built from scratch, iterated continuously over two years of commits.
03 — Impact
585 commits over two years. The lessons learned here directly shaped Shopppio, the multi-tenant successor platform also featured in this portfolio.
