01 — Challenge
Extensions live inside hard constraints — popup lifecycles, storage limits, and a UI that must open instantly. Listr had to feel like a full app while staying within them.
02 — Solution
A React + TypeScript extension with Zustand for state, dnd-kit for sortable lists, ExcelJS for spreadsheet export, and Firebase for sync across devices.
03 — Impact
150 commits and in active development as of July 2026, with a dedicated marketing and checkout site shipped alongside it.
