The mobile web had to feel like an app-store app: camera access for QR scanning, offline-capable installs, swipe-first interactions, and sign-in without passwords.
02 — Solution
Next.js with next-pwa for installability, dual QR scanning libraries for reliable camera capture, QR generation on-device, Jotai for state, OGL for WebGL flourishes, and Firebase phone auth.
03 — Impact
140 commits across 2025, shipped as an installable PWA with a Flutter native wrapper (heartbits-app) prepared for the app stores.
